Brad Fallon is a business attorney with an extensive business background. Having built multiple companies from start-up to tens of millions in annual revenue, he understands business owners and their challenges.
In law school, Mr. Fallon graduated second in his class from the University of Florida College of Law in 1997 and was a member of the Order of the Coif. Mr. Fallon graded on to law review after earning the highest first-year grades in his class and won the Moot Court Final Four competition, arguing the case in front of the Florida Supreme Court.
After graduating as high school Valedictorian, Mr. Fallon earned his undergraduate degree in Economics and Government from Claremont McKenna College. In high school and college, Mr. Fallon was a highly competitive debater, winning state twice as well as the Harvard Debate Institute.
Brad Fallon’s own businesses have sold more than $100 million online including both physical and digital products. He co-founded one of the largest Internet marketing training companies and set a product launch record with $12 million in first-day sales. His own e-commerce businesses grew from zero to $30 million in annual sales in the first three years.
As a commercial litigator, Mr. Fallon represents business owners, entrepreneurs, and C-suite executives, helping them leverage legal strategies to achieve critical business objectives.
